ADOPTED PLAN
IN 2022 Lawn began purchasing treated water from the City of Abilene who is the regional water source in this part of Texas. As a result of this, the City of Lawn as required by TCEQ has to have a Water Conservation Plan in place to protect and conserve water as needed in certain times and drought periods where water reserves are depleted and low due to the lack of rain.
The City of Lawn has adopted the same basic plan as used by the City of Abilene, on August 22, 2023
